BIOGRAPHY
Aaron is the Co-Founder and CEO of Consultify. Aaron brings eight years of experience working in the technology industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with a variety of companies across different industries, from startups to established corporations. He is well-versed in a range of sales methodologies, including consultative selling, solution selling, and value-based selling. Aaron finds great satisfaction in helping others succeed financially, which ultimately became the founding principle of Consultify.
Aaron holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The Pennsylvania State University and grew up in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He currently resides in Manhattan.
Ronen Kadosh
Co-Founder and President
BIOGRAPHY
Co-Founder and President Ronen Kadosh has spent 8 years in technology sales, but a whole lifetime selling. From hustling soccer jerseys as a teenager, to negotiating multi-million dollar SaaS deals, his passion for sales and helping businesses grow runs deep. He has sold to businesses large and small, ranging from early stage start-ups to the Fortune 500. Bringing people together that can help each other has always been exciting to him.
Ronen holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The Pennsylvania State University and grew up in Pittsburgh. He currently resides in Manhattan.
PLANS
STRATEGY FOCUSED CONSULTING
- 5 Hours/ Week (subject to change)
- An experienced individual contributor or sales leader (6+ years)
- Develops and/or helps implement a business’ sales and GTM strategy
- Analyze market to establish TAM
- Analysis of market, competition, customer needs, and the company’s strengths and weaknesses.
- Help set strategic objectives and goals, such as revenue growth, customer retention, and market share
- Create target account lists
- Craft cross-team processes
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to customer engagement.
- Help implement and analyze software and analytics to track and analyze sales data.
PAY FOR PERFORMANCE
- Only pay for results
- An IC w/ a track record of consistent quota achievement
- Generates leads, close revenue, and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify potential customers, develop relationships, and persuade them to buy products or services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Knowledgeable about a plethora of different industries
- Maintaining accurate records of their sales activities and forecasting
